Introduction to Digital Circuits – Digital Logic – RAHDG201, In RAHDG 201 we will focus on the fundamentals of designing and analyzing combinational logic circuits. This course covers the design and analysis of combinational logic circuits using basic logic gates and other basic elements such as multiplexers and ROMs. It includes the design and analysis of latches and flip-flops. A number of numerical problems are solved after each topic to understand the principles of the course.
Introduction to Digital Circuits – Digital Logic – The RAHDG201 course describes the design of data path components: adders, multipliers, registers, shifters and counters. Design and analysis of state minimization synchronous state machines and introduction to state assignment. Each topic will have many examples which will be briefly discussed in different sections. At the end of each chapter, there will be a quiz to test your understanding of that particular chapter. The main topic of this course is combinatorial and sequential logic circuits. Topics include digital systems, Boolean algebra, logic families, medium-scale integrated circuits (MSI) and large-scale integrated circuits (LSI), analog-to-digital (AD) and digital-to-analog (DA) conversion ), and other related topics.
