Field Electrical Installations This course is designed for students who want to learn how to install electrical field during the implementation stages. In fact, this course shows how to install the 1st, 2nd and 3rd electrical equipment. In Chapter 1 (First Fix Installation), you will learn how to install containers such as PVC, metal and flexible types of conduits into concrete slabs or different types of walls and ceilings. In addition, you will learn how cables and wires are installed explaining their different uses. In Chapter 2, and part of the Second Installation Installation, you’ll learn how to pull cables into conduit. Pulling the cables should be done taking into account the filling ratio of the conduit which should be calculated before pulling the cables which will be explained in detail in this chapter. After the second installation chapter, you will come across the Panels, DB Installation and Wiring Terminations chapter which will show you how to install distribution boards and capacitor banks.
In addition, you will be able to find out how the wires are pulled from the glasses and how the dressings and terminations are done. When you reach this level of the course, the Cable and Wire Testing chapter will guide you on how to test cables and wires using a Megger test device. In particular, this chapter will show you in practice how to perform a Megger test (Insulation) of wires and cables using a megger device through actual videos made during the field implementation phase to ensure the quality of wires and cables before starting the project. In the last chapter of this course (Three Fix Installation), in which the first, second and test phases are explained, you will learn how to install the lights and electrical sockets on the ceiling and walls to complete the electrical installation before the power and operation of the project. .
