This is an Absolute Beginners 3D character from the Blender course and I’m going to make this handsome man here with the idea of Deema Egorov. My name is Niko and I will be your guest on this epic journey. I am a 3D artist working in the industry with over 13 years of experience. I also have over 15 courses created for character creation, mostly in Zbrush. I have just started working in Blender only, and I will show you the workflow to create a 3D character in Blender from scratch, rig, paste and render. We’ll make some tools to practice solid surface modeling in Blender, but since I’m a digital illustrator I’ll concentrate on the drawing part. I will show you the complete workflow to make a character with clothes, accessories, stand and present your portfolio.

In this course we will start by going through the most important things a beginner should know about Blender. And then we’ll start posting better, and I’ll do a quick human headshot to show you that photography isn’t scary. Then I’ll start with the hero mouse head while I’ll show you all the necessary things and guide you through the whole process of creating a character from an idea as well as making it quickly and easily in Blender. After that I will do the basics of the body, hands and fingers. At each step we will learn new things and repeat what we have already learned to strengthen our knowledge.
