CalcTape is another calculator for the Windows operating system. Unlike the standard Windows calculator, this calculator offers many features. For example, all intermediate results are stored here, even for complex calculations. At each step of the calculation, you can correct the final result by changing the previous results. Suppose you are performing complex calculations involving a large number of digits. Suppose after a few minutes of calculating, you realize that you entered the value in this field incorrectly.
Since we didn’t know exactly where the error was before, we had to do the calculations from the beginning, but in this calculator all the results were recorded and we could check at each step if we made a mistake. If an error occurs during the calculation, we can correct the final result by changing the incorrect value. All intermediate operations can be changed. We’ve got somewhere subtracting instead of subtracting, not multiplying, subtracting zero, and things like that can all be changed. The application environment is very simple and without additional controls. Once you run the program, a white page will appear with all your calculations and you can make the changes you want by clicking on values and operations.
