R Ultimate 2023: R for Data Science and Machine Learning We’ll start with the basics of R, such as data types and structures, programming loops and functions, data import and export. Then we’ll dive deeper into data analysis: we’ll learn how to manipulate data by filtering, aggregating results, reshaping data, setting operations, and merging datasets. We’ll discover different visualization techniques to present complex data. Also, learn how to present interactive time series data or interactive geospatial data. Advanced data manipulation techniques will be covered, such as outlier detection, missing data handling, and regular expressions. Different algorithms will be presented in detail for each field: their core concepts will be presented in 101 sessions. Here you’ll learn how the algorithm works. Then we implemented it together in lab sessions. We’ll develop code before I encourage you to work on exercises on your own before looking at my solution examples. With this knowledge, you can clearly identify an existing problem and develop a plan of attack to solve it.
