1. 2. Message Design: ChatGPT Message Design for Developers is all about making ChatGPT do what you want. We will look at various application examples such as retrieving structured data (JSON, tables) from ChatGPT, sentiment analysis, language translation, creative writing, text summarization, and Q&A. We’ll explore techniques like Chain of Thought (CoT) and even look at how to use ChatGPT to build a stock trading system!

3. Retrieval Advanced Manufacturing (RAG). Learn how to include external data in LLM. This powerful technique helps reduce a common problem called “illusions.” This is very important if you have sensitive data (such as information about your company’s products) that your LLM does not know about. You’ll learn how semantic/similarity search works and how to implement it using FAISS (Facebook Artificial Intelligence Similarity Search Library). Find out how it allows you to “talk to your data.”

4. Fine tuning. Find out how to “train” ChatGPT on your dataset so it works the way you want it to. Sometimes message engineering and RAGs are not enough.

5. Visualized GPT-4. In this era, everything can be done with GPT-4, but what makes GPT-4 (and GPT-4 Turbo) special is its visual capabilities. That is, it can understand images. In this section, we’ll look at many amazing applications of combined text and image understanding, some of which include: automatically grading homework assignments, explaining memes and humor, transcribing handwritten text, web development, game development, and writing product descriptions from images (confused owners – you already know how this will dramatically increase your productivity).
