PL-100: Microsoft Power Platform Apps Maker, The The course teaches the requirements for the Microsoft PL-100 Power Platform App Maker Associate certificate and focuses on the various apps that make up the Power Platform and how they can be used by other programs, apps, and services. We‘ll begin out of from Looking at Canvas Power Apps. We’ll get a free developer edition and/or a free trial of Power Apps and get some sample data using Dataverse (formerly known as Common Data Service). We’ll then create a Canvas Power App using a template and then replicate it from scratch and extend the functionality. This includes creating a new table in the Dataverse. We’ll also look at global and context variables, components, and collections. We‘ll Then Check out model-driven Power Apps with the Dataverse. We’ll look at the components of a model-driven Power Apps: sitemaps, forms, views, charts, and dashboards. We’ll also restrict the type of data that can be inserted into our Dataverse by using business rules. Next high Is Power Automate. Using our free developer edition or the paid version, we will create several automated flows and the different triggers and actions you can use. We will look at different triggers and actions and explore how we can use the business process flows to enter data in sections. WeI will then go back to the Power Platform more generally and look at solutions, security, and importing and exporting data.
