Description
Modern Robotics: Mechanics, Planning, and Control Specialization is a collection of modern robotics courses published by Coursera Academy. In this course, practical training topics such as robot mechanics, planning and design of various robotic mechanisms, control, cinema, robot dynamics, motion planning, planning and control of robotic arms, etc. are discussed. , Will be located. This educational package is a mid-level and semi-professional package and students should be familiar with the basic principles and foundations of engineering. During the training process, this course introduces a set of tools to analyze, plan and control the robot and uses it in a very practical way.
In addition to technical and hardware skills, they will become familiar with a range of software skills such as mathematics and be able to develop various robot control and programming software. Unlike other Corsara training programs, courses in this series must be studied in order from one to six.
What you will learn in modern robotics: specialization in mechanics, planning and control
- Simulation of various robots using cross-platform tools and software in a completely professional and realistic way
- Programming and software programming of various robots
- Different types of industrial and functional robots
- Mathematics dedicated to robotics
- And…

What basic knowledge is needed?
This specialization is designed to be accessible to students who have taken typical first-year (freshman) engineering courses in college. The student must have an understanding of:
First year physics, including f = ma; masses, springs and shock absorbers; vector forces; and vector couples (or moments) as vector product of a distance vector and a force;
Linear algebra, including matrix operations, the positive definition of a matrix, determinants, complex numbers, eigenvalues and eigenvectors;
A little calculation, derivatives and partial derivatives;
Basic linear ordinary differential equations; And
Some programming experience.
Do I have to take the courses in a specific order?
It is strongly recommended to take the courses in the order indicated, because the material builds throughout the specialization.
