Advanced Design System Software, or ADS, is the flagship professional software from Keysight, formerly known as Agilent. Version 2020 and 2021:

Install the program, at the end of the installation a window called License Setup Wizard will open, close it. Install the software and close the License Management Tool window when finished. (The computer name is set in the Windows System Properties and the phrase Computer Name is used.)
