Description
Faceshift studio is a solution for facial motion capture software that changes the shape of a face in animation. The software analyzes aspects of an actor’s face and describes them as a combination of key concepts, plus head and eye orientation. This description is used to move virtual characters so that they can be used in any situation, such as film and game production, which requires animated animation. The animation environment of FaceShift Studio consists of three visual stages:
- Scan a set of modes to teach personal symbol tracking
- Record performance with real-time feedback and voluntarily improve accuracy in one step after processing
- Animate virtual images by changing your face and exporting the animation to your favorite 3D animation software or connecting to an existing animation product line
Faceshift studio combines real-time tracking and high-quality offline processing in a simple and convenient software.
When you run the software for the first time, you must select a location for the program workspace data. Workspace data includes actor indexes and saved clips, as well as face studio licenses and system logins. The default path is $ Home / Documents / faceshift. Click \”Browse\” to change the folder location. If you want to change the location later, open Settings and change the workspace in the \”General\” tab (see General settings)
