Description
ActiveReports is a collection of reporting components and libraries for .NET-based applications. This suite includes built-in controls for creating reports and visualizing data such as barcodes, tablix, charts, data bars, and maps. ActiveReports is well documented with a variety of examples, so you will have no problem learning and mastering it, and you can easily write your own scripts in C# and Visual Basic.
Depending on your taste, you can display the output report on different platforms including a browser (HTML5), WPF programs, Win form, Asp.Net Mvc or even PDF documents. Although this collection is with a foreign design environment, it is fully integrated with the Visual Studio environment, and you can design different reports in the same Visual Studio environment in your projects without turning to an external designer. In any case, the design environment of this tool provides you with all the features you need to create rich reports and supports drag-and-drop functionality for designing report forms.

ActiveReports hardware requirements (minimum)
- Processor: Pentium II class processor 450 MHz (Pentium III 600 MHz recommended)
- RAM: 200MB
- Hard disk space: 50 MB available
ActiveReports software requirements
- Operating System: Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows NT 4.0, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2008 R2, Windows 8 or Windows 8.1.
- Microsoft .NET Framework version: 2.0 or later
- Microsoft Visual Studio: 2005, 2008, 2010, 2012, 2013, 2013, or 2015. Note. Visual Studio Express editions do not work with ActiveReports and do not support packages.
- For web deployment: IIS 5.0, 5.1, 6.0, 7.0, or 7.5 and ASP.NET (a version that matches the version of the .NET Framework)
