Coursera – Problem Solving Using Computational Thinking 2021-11 – Download

explanation

Problem Solving Using Computational Thinking is a course on computational thinking and solving physical problems through software solutions and programming published by Coursera Training Academy. One of the misconceptions about computers and computer systems is the topic of thinking about them. Computers cannot think like humans, but we can set up a set of commands for a computer and then teach the computer how to carry out those commands. The process of determining instructions for a computer and specifying the process for executing them is called programming. Before starting the programming and coding process, the programmer must accurately understand the instructions and goals of the software and express them in the form of instructions that the computer can understand.

Computational thinking is a thinking style, like critical thinking, that allows you to break down problems into smaller pieces and study each section carefully. Finally, we must be able to provide a comprehensive and effective software solution to this problem. The course is completely project-oriented and during the course you will provide software solutions to a variety of real-world problems and challenges. This course is recommended for all beginning programmers and will completely change the way you think about the world of programming and coding.

What you will learn from problem solving using computational thinking

  • Knowledge of the various parts and stages of computational thinking, including abstracting, identifying an initial problem, analyzing the problem into smaller parts, identifying patterns, writing algorithms, and evaluating various algorithms and solutions.
  • Practical implementation of computational thinking processes and solving real-world, physical problems through software solutions
  • Basic knowledge about programming and its importance
  • Changing the way users think about the programming process
