The Construction Management major is designed for professionals in the construction and civil engineering industries who are looking to develop their skills. Through this specialization, students will gain comprehensive industry knowledge along with the latest trends and developments in the industry. This 5-course specialization will cover the major phases of construction management including project initiation and planning, scheduling and procedures, estimating and cost control, and construction project finance.
