Explanation
In Italy as well as in many countries around the world, several designers rely on Paratie Plus™ for their wall projects. For example, the construction of the High Speed Train bridge over the Po River near Piacenza, several warehouses and other waterside buildings were designed by our engineers using the old versions of Paratie Plus™. Recently, thanks to the same design tool, other Italian engineering companies, have designed the temporary vaults for all the river channels along the new high-speed train line that connects Milan and Brescia.
Born from a collaboration, since 1985, with professor Roberto Nova from the Politecnico di Milano, Paratie Plus ™ is a nonlinear analysis program designed to model the soil-structure interaction of flexible retaining walls, using the standard popular low.
The reactive approach, a simple and widely accepted design process as well as most of the world’s design standards,
including Eurocodes.
