Carlson Civil Suite is software for designing roads and road infrastructure. This software allows you to design and build 2D and 3D roads, intersections, alleys and … with just a few clicks. Using a layer-based generator, the program increases design accuracy and makes geological calculations much easier.

This package is fully compatible with AutoCAD and InteliCAD software and two-way communication is possible between them. System requirements
Notes : Carlson products installed on top IntelliCAD or AutoCAD CAD products are subject to the same requirements as the CAD engine itself. Follow the CAD platform requirements listed below and allow an additional 750 MB of hard disk space for the Carlson application.
Carlson 2020 with IntelliCAD 9.x
- Compatible with 64-bit Windows 7, 8, 8.1 and 10 (Vista and 32-bit not supported)
Carlson 2016-2019 with IntelliCAD 8.x
- Compatible with 32-bit or 64-bit Windows Vista, 7, 8, 8.1 and 10
Hardware requirements
Intel® Pentium® 4 or comparable (minimum), Intel i7 or at least Intel i5 or comparable (recommended). Due to the variety of processors on the market, it can be used cpubenchmark.net/cpu_list.php for comparative analysis. While the overall CPU score is important, the single thread performance is of most interest.
- Windows 7-8.1 32-bit: At least 1 gigabyte (GB) of RAM, 4 GB recommended.
- Windows 7-8.1 64-bit: At least 2 GB RAM, 8+ GB recommended.
- Windows Vista: 1 GB RAM minimum, 4 GB recommended.
- Windows XP: 512 megabytes (MB) minimum RAM, 2 GB recommended.
Graphics card compatible with OpenGL version 1.4 or higher:
- Desktop graphics grade discrete (not integrated cards like Intel HD) graphics cards are recommended.
- Preferred Nvidia Geforce due to their more consistent driver support.
- Discrete ATI/AMD cards are adequate, but ATI driver support has been spotty and the user is often referred to the computer manufacturer for assistance.
- Professional Nvidia Quadro cards are currently not recommended because of driver problems ,
- Powerful gaming cards aren’t necessary and probably won’t provide as much benefit as investing in more memory or a better processor
