Description
Lumerical is powerful software for designing and analyzing photonics and electromagnetics from components to system stages. This edition of Lumerical has advanced electrical and photonics design tools for complex photonics, photovoltaics, and multiphysics analysis. Other applications of optoelectronics have included advanced thermal waveguides, modulators, and switching matrices. Lumerica has four parts:
- FDTD: A Comprehensive Software Solution for 3D Dimple Resolution. Can analyze the interaction of ultraviolet radiation, visible light and infrared radiation with complex structures
- MODE: A complete design space for waveguides to analyze and optimize integrated planar waveguides, components and fibers
- INTERCONNECT: Integrated Space and Photonics for Designing Integrated Optical Flows, Silicon Photonics and Optical Connectors
- DEVICE: TCAD Semiconductor Device Simulation for Design, Analysis and Optimization of Semiconductor Opto-Electronic Components
Lumerical Software Features:
- Injection of finite and measured beams with a constant slope that does not change with frequency. High numerical aperture beams, which also have a variable and frequency-dependent profile, can be easily inserted into any bandwidth.
- With the new BFAST function in the FDTD section, you can inject plane waves that do not change with frequency onto periodic gradient structures.
- Parametric analysis and simulation of PICs can now be easily adjusted and directly implemented.
- Windows 10, Mac El Capitan, Linux RedHat 7 and CentOS 7 support
