Description
The most comprehensive economics course (diploma) (70 hours!) has nothing to do with Oxford University. This course takes place in a very large class. The focus is on current issues and debates around the world. This course includes topics related to the Oxford degree – no other Udemy Economics courses (by other instructors) meet the criteria. If you get a degree, you have worked very hard and learned a lot. There is a detailed Oxford Diploma video, a checklist and a ‘Diploma Requirements’ document.
Motivation
I teach Udemy courses mainly because I enjoy the process of creating learning. Many of my classes are about improving lives. One of the economics classes (Dogonomics) involves raising money for charity. (100% of profits go to charity) Another course (Quakernomics) raises money for an animal shelter. Basically, this course is intended to help you.
Why take this course?
Many reasons! 1. Quick understanding of micro and macroeconomics 2. Be able to evaluate US economic policies 3. Be able to evaluate “alternative” UK economic policies 4. In the final extended section you can test yourself fully and really see if you understand the economics behind the current articles. These lessons are reinforced by repetition of previous lessons. Thus: REVISION
