Description
EMTP or EMTPWorks or EMTP-RV is one of the most efficient software for advanced analysis and analysis and transient system simulation. The new and improved version of the EMTP software is called EMTP-RV, the graphical and speed aspects of the program are in no way comparable to previous versions such as EEUG, ATPDRAW and so on, as one might expect from the name chosen for this release. This software release is completely redesigned and includes more than 5000 bug fixes.
The high-fidelity EMTP-RV software is capable of simulating transition states, but lacks a toolbox to calculate database usage and resolve post-isolation coordination duplicates. For this reason, it is necessary to develop a program that emphasizes the possibility of modeling substation equipment under transient conditions, so that the coordination of substation insulation can be easily and quickly accomplished. On the other hand, since these results require statistical analysis and processing, they are also seen in program design to provide complete tools for system designers and analysts.

System requirements
EMTP can be installed on Windows 10 64-bit computers. Recommended requirements:
- Processor: Intel Core i7, but Intel Core i5 is acceptable
- Memory: 8 GB or more, at least 16 GB is recommended
- Screen resolution: 1920 x 1080 pixels or higher (bigger is better). The recommended scale and layout is 100%, but higher values can be used when adjusting the resolution settings for the EMTPWorks View ribbon and device webs.
