MeshCAM is a powerful and easy-to-use 3D machining software. The main difference between this program and other specialized programs is its simplicity and understandable operation. Almost any type of CAD file engineering software can be imported into this program, and after importing the CAD file, you can create a work path with the minimum required entries. The software is also capable of automatically generating gcodes for CNC machines. STL and DXF are two standard 3D software formats used in most products. By accepting these files, this program has achieved almost perfect compatibility with most 3D CAD software. Some of these programs include Inventor, SolidWork, Zebrach, Blender, Sketch App, AutoCAD and more. If you need to work with 2D models, you can easily do so by importing 2D DXF files. Sometimes you want to design a piece, but for one reason or another you can’t build the piece or the software isn’t available. Don’t worry about the flexibility of MeshCAM! By simply entering a jpg, bmp, and png image into the program, it will automatically convert into a resizable 3D model that you can use for editing operations.
