Description
GNS3 Basics (Official Course) Part 1 is the name of a course on Udemy that teaches you how to install, configure and use GNS3. GNS3 is a network software simulator first released in 2008. The software enables the integration of physical and virtual network devices and the simulation of complex networks. GNS3 uses Dynamips software to simulate Cisco IOS and is used by large companies such as ExxonMobil, Walmart, AT&T, and NASA.
This course fully introduces you to GNS3 and teaches you how to install, configure, and download GNS3 onto your Windows system. In this course, you’ll learn why you should use GNS3 and then explore the differences in network device simulation. The tutorial explains how to choose IOS, system requirements, switch support, how to install GNS3 with VMware and ESXi, and introduce you to the GUI and other important elements of this software.
