RizomUV, formerly known as Unfold3D, is a software package for designing or fabricating laser textures. RizomUV Real Space includes all the features of RizomUV Virtual Space, but uses anomalous UV space to produce and handle UV maps, so a flattened version of your model has all the dimensions. This application allows you to get even non-quad meshes from a 3D model in seconds. The meshes produced are true to size and delivered in seconds. The Stretch color map shows the ratio of flat to uneven areas. This way you get constant feedback when editing UV maps. RizomUV or Unfold3D software converts UV maps into 10 billion pixel heavy tif files that you can use in laser texturing processes that require micrometric precision.
