Webpack 5 and Vite: a new way of learning – active thinking. This course covers both Webpack and Vite, but we didn’t just combine a Webpack course and a Vite course together. We want to help you master Webpack with less time and effort. That’s why we’re adding the Vite course. Learning Webpack lays the foundation for later learning Vite. Your experience with Webpack will allow you to instantly understand similar concepts in Vite. As a result, you can master Vite with much less time and effort. Meanwhile, learning Vite gives you a great opportunity to review and apply your Webpack knowledge. By comparing the similarities and differences between Webpack and Vite, you can gain a deeper understanding of both subjects. Instead of directly telling you what to do, this course takes a different approach – it “forces” you to figure things out on your own. You will not only learn how, but also understand why. As of Webpack 4, a configuration file is no longer needed. This is, of course, just a marketing gimmick that Webpack does to attract more new users by creating the impression of simplicity and convenience. We will take advantage of this feature. We will create a project and adapt it to the default Webpack settings. In this process, you will gain a more accurate and in-depth understanding of how Webpack works and how to configure it.
