- This course is specifically focused on Power BI users who are comfortable creating data visuals such as bar charts, line charts, etc. and have little difficulty modeling their data, but who struggle with designing attractive and user-friendly reports. This course focuses on teaching useful design principles, basic web navigation features, and data storytelling. Non-Power BI professionals should consider many of the design techniques in this course to be more or less universal, but this course will specifically examine BI tool design from a Power BI perspective.
- This course is not for users who want to build their DAX skills or learn how to build/customize data visuals. It will focus almost exclusively on high-level design techniques, as this is an area I rarely see covered in other BI training, which tends to focus on the more specific “how do I build this?” area.
