DevSecOps Bootcamp, In Today’S In the world of continuous integration and continuous delivery, it has become imperative to implement security controls at every step of the process. Automating build, deployment, and setup preparation processes using the DevOps process, as well as automating code review, security scanning, security testing, and vulnerability management using DevSecOps processes improves the quality and security posture of the project while reducing the chances of human errors and improving the overall delivery schedule. Therefore, knowledge of DevSecOps has become an essential skill for system administrators, security professionals, and DevOps professionals.

The Boot Camp begins with DevOps fundamentals and covers building blocks/components used to create a DevOps pipeline. We then learn about security integration at different stages to transform a DevOps pipeline into a DevSecOps pipeline. We then learn to design and implement a DevOps pipeline end-to-end by using threat modeling to identify threats, plan security measures, and integrate security tools/scanners into the pipeline. In the final session, participants will learn to use publicly available CI/CD setups like GitLab to create a DevSecOps pipeline. By the end of this bootcamp, you will have job-ready skills to start your journey as a DevSecOps professional.
